• Run automated and manual checks to verify data completeness, accuracy, and compliance with COBie or client-specific requirements.
• Identify missing fields, incorrect classifications, or inconsistencies in asset metadata.
• Provide QA reports to support handover, commissioning, and lifecycle planning.

Integration with CAFM, CMMS & IWMS Systems

• Prepare structured datasets compatible with leading FM platforms (e.g., Archibus, Planon, Maximo, FM:Systems).

• Reduce duplication of effort and ensure a clean digital handover to operations teams.

Collaboration with Facility Managers & O&M Teams

• Engage FM stakeholders early to understand operational needs and tailor BIM outputs accordingly.
• Translate design and construction data into actionable, maintenance-friendly formats.
• Facilitate handover meetings, walkthroughs, and digital training to empower FM teams.

Lifecycle-Centric Data Strategy

• Align BIM workflows with long-term asset management goals, not just project closeout.
• Support digital twin readiness through structured, future-proof asset information.
• Enable smarter decision-making around maintenance, renovations, and portfolio-wide planning.
