• Develop BEPs aligned with project goals, procurement models, and contractual requirements.
• Customize content based on ISO 19650 standards, client protocols, and regional mandates.

• Set expectations for model audits, coordination reviews, and quality assurance processes.
• Define sign-off procedures, validation tools, and frequency of deliverable reviews.
• Incorporate feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement.

Integration with Other Project Plans

• Align the BEP with the Design Management Plan, Construction Methodology, and Handover Strategy.
